Project Objective

The purpose of the project is to diversify the company's current activities by introducing new tourism-related and business services. The investment aims to increase the company's resilience to future crisis situations in the hotel and tourism sector and to enhance the competitiveness of the Tyzenhauz brand.

Tasks and Activities:

As part of the project, the following were completed:
  • Creation and comprehensive outfitting of a modern conference room.
  • Launch of a professional laundry facility intended for guests.
  • Establishment of a secure and automated luggage storage room.
  • Purchase of necessary fixed assets and intangible assets to support digitalization and the improvement of new services.

Target Groups

The project is aimed at:

  • Individual tourists and families using the Tyzenhauz accommodation base (especially for medium- and long-term stays).
  • Business clients, training organizers, and "digital nomads" in need of workspace and meeting areas.

Effects and Benefits:

Thanks to the implementation of the investment, Tyzenhauz expands its business model by offering guests comprehensive services in one place. The main effects are:
  • Raising the standard of guest service (convenience thanks to laundry and luggage storage).
  • The possibility of servicing the MICE sector (conferences, meetings).
  • Increasing the company's financial stability thanks to new sources of revenue.
